Here at Taylor’s Trailers Limited, we are now able to offer HD plasma cutting and CNC pressbrake folding services in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and galvanised sheet materials. HD plasma cutting offers high quality, cost effective cutting and profiling on small volume, high volume and repeat orders. We can offer our services throughout the UK, with a quick turnaround and pride in providing a quality finished product. Complemented by folding and welding facilities to provide a full service to engineering, fabrication and architectural industries. Samples can be provided, as requested. Capable of cutting up to 4,000mm x 2,000mm sheet size and thicknesses as follows:

• Mild Steel = up to 25mm
• Stainless Steel = up to 20mm
• Aluminium = up to 16mm

Components can be manufactured from customers rough sketches, CAD designs (DXF, DWG or MEC files) or samples. High definition plasma cutting is an extremely high quality cutting system which gives a tight tolerance and almost zero bevel results.

Folding services available, at Taylor’s Trailers Limited, operating our 3m x 135 ton pressbrake. Accurate folding of batch items can be achieved, capable of folding up to 3 metre long sections. Our range of tooling allows us to be able to satisfy most requirements.
