Plant trailers built for compact machinery
Taylor's Trailers manufactures plant trailers for customers moving compact excavators, rollers, groundworks equipment and specialist loads. The range includes mini excavator trailers, heavy duty plant trailers, single drum roller trailers and flatbeds, with each model built around practical day-to-day site use.
Our plant trailers are designed for strength, stability and long working life. Whether you need a trailer for a mini digger, a road roller or a flatbed application, the starting point is always the machine being carried, the towing setup and the conditions the trailer will work in.
Plant trailer range
- Heavy duty mini excavator trailers for demanding site work and regular plant movement.
- Standard mini excavator trailers for compact excavators and attachments.
- 710mm single drum roller trailers for specialist roller transport.
- 560mm single drum roller trailers for narrower compact rollers.
- Flatbed trailers for equipment, materials and bespoke transport needs.
Choosing the right plant trailer
Machine and payload
The trailer needs to suit the machine weight, attachments, bucket position and any extra equipment carried alongside the plant.
Standard or heavy duty
For lighter or less frequent work a standard mini excavator trailer may be suitable. Heavier workloads may call for the MH heavy duty range.
Loading and securing
Ramp arrangement, floor support, tie-down points and machine position all affect how straightforward the trailer is to use on site.
Bespoke requirements
If the plant, attachment or job is unusual, we can discuss flatbed and specialist trailer options built around the application.
Built in West Yorkshire
Plant trailers are manufactured at our workshop in Elland, West Yorkshire. We work with operators, hire companies, contractors and customers who need robust trailers backed by practical fabrication experience.
